Our partnerships are shaped by the real and most pressing needs of the people who come to Shiloh, including housing, health and wellbeing, finance management, benefits, and employment.

We prioritise working with organisations based in Rotherham and the surrounding area, helping to ensure services are easy to reach and rooted in the local community. By bringing together partners from statutory, voluntary, and community organisations, we create a supportive network that offers joined-up, holistic care.

All of our partners share Shiloh’s values and work to high safeguarding and professional standards. We value partners who can engage regularly and build trusted relationships with both guests and staff.

Where a service does not attend Shiloh, we make sure guests can still access support through clear signposting and shared information, because everyone’s journey is different, and the right help should always be within reach.
