Shiloh relies on donations to provide free support, advice, training, and meaningful activities for people experiencing homelessness. Our services are always offered at no cost to those who need them most. Every donation, whether financial or practical, helps us walk alongside people as they rebuild their lives.

Financial donations allow us to respond quickly to need and fund the life-changing services we provide every day. Regular donations are especially valuable, as they help us plan ahead and ensure support is there when it’s needed most.

Gift Aid

Leave a Gift in Your Will
Gifts in wills play a vital role in sustaining Shiloh’s work for future generations. Whether large or small, a legacy gift can help ensure support, advice and training remain available to people facing homelessness for years to come.
We have partnered with Bequeathed, who offer a free and simple will-writing service, available online, over the phone or face to face. Their guidance helps you create a will that reflects your wishes while considering how your legacy could support causes close to your heart.
Goods & Clothing Donations
Food, toiletries and household items make a huge difference to our guests. We welcome donation drop offs during the Centre opening times Mon - Fri 8.30am-4.30pm. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept bulky items such as furniture, and we’re not able to collect donations.
Clothing Bin
Open 24/7 our clothing bin is located outside our Support Centre and offers easy drop-and-go access at any time.
The items we need most are practical essentials, including gloves, socks, hats, and new underwear. We always keep a free supply of clothing available so guests can access what they need, when they need it.
We also gratefully accept donations of clothing, shoes, trainers, bags, towels, sheets, and blankets.
