Accessing our service
If you are an adult in Rotherham who is homeless or at risk of homelessness within the next 3 months, you are eligible to access our support.
Our team is available Monday to Friday offering support with no appointment needed. If you’re sleeping rough or facing a housing crisis, you can come straight to us for practical help, friendly advice, and a safe place to pause. We provide showers, laundry facilities, clothing & bedding, emergency food, and access to a phone or the internet
Self-referral is required. On your first visit, we will go through an initial assessment form with you to understand your current situation, a little bit about your history and what specific help you are looking for. This will take around 20 minutes to complete. This will help us provide tailored support that meets your individual needs from the very beginning.
If you are a support organisation who would like to introduce someone to our service, please call us on 01709 559504 and ask to speak to a member of our progression team.
We do have behaviour guidelines that we expect all guests accessing our service to follow. You can find a copy of these here.
