You may have heard Shiloh is moving!

We are very excited about what this means for the future of our organisation and how the new, larger premises will help us to serve our guests.

The lease for our current building won’t be renewed at the end of the year, but we have been offered alternative accomodation by Rotherham Metropolitan Burrough Council, for upto 25 years! We have had generous offers of help from the Council, Wilmott-Dixon, Morrison Mears and the Probation Service which is fantastic.

As part of the move, we need to build a new kitchen so that we can continue to provide a warm welcome, a hot meal and to transform the lives of the homeless and vulnerable of Rotherham.

On Friday March 11th, we launched our Crowd Funding Appeal to raise funds to build and kit out the new kitchen in the new building.  This is an exciting way for you to get involved in making a difference to vulnerable people’s lives in Rotherham.

Crowd Funding allows people to give financially to the project. You can pledge anything between £5 and £600, but we really value donations of all sizes.  Different pledges come with rewards from a heart felt thank you to an invitation to a special opening ceremony and even your name on a plaque in the new building.   See the crowdfunding site for more details.
