About Shiloh

Shiloh is a Rotherham-based charity supporting adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Guided by the values of the Christian faith, compassion, dignity, and hope are at the heart of everything we do.

Named after the biblical town of Shiloh - a place of refuge - our charity exists to offer a safe, welcoming space where people are accepted, respected, and supported. We provide free support without prejudice, ensuring everyone who comes to us is treated with care and understanding.

Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers works closely with partner organisations to create meaningful opportunities that help bring about lasting, positive change. We walk alongside each person who comes to Shiloh, working together to plan for and realise a more stable and hopeful future.

Who we are

Our History

Shiloh’s story began long before we were formally recognised as a charity. In 1992, Susan Savage and Ann Todd were moved by the need for support for homeless adults.

Meet our Trustees

Shiloh is governed by a board of trustees who are appointed for terms of three years.

Our Trusted Partners

We work closely with a range of trusted local partners to make sure our guests can access the right support at the right time.
